This is an AP photograph documenting that Obama (aka Barry Soetoro) was registered in school as a citizen of Indonesia whose religion is Islam. 

This image is taken from the White House PDF file released in April of 2011 alleging to be Obama's long form Hawaii birth certificate.  As you can see, the 1st and 2nd boxes have identical pixel formation, indicating Photoshop cut and paste. 

This is form field 3 of the Obama birth certificate (after the word Twin) compared to form field 7g (after the word (yes).  Conveniently, the twin check box has been altered, suggesting a twin's birth certificate was used as a template. (Refer to the Nordyke twins on Google). 

Both the date and the registrar stamp are contained in separate layers in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.  The image layers are further transformed - scaled by 24% and rotated 90 degrees.  

Evidence Kenya is investigating birth record tampering relating to Barack Obama. 

This is the grave stone of Virginia Sunahara, who was born on August 4, 1961. It is suggested that since Obama's registration number is out of order, that Bill Ayers might have stolen the number to fabricate the Hawaii birth certificate for Obama. He has been known to commit identity fraud according to licensed investigator Susan Daniels. 

Bill Ayers is on the far left...and is also pictured to the far left. 

Obama has done his best to distance himself from Ayers.  But the truth is, he knew him and even wrote this book review - giving the man praise for his authoring skills. 

This was the original article in the Aloha Reporter that seemed to indicate Obama wasn't born in Hawaii - but in Kenya.  Mysteriously, some of the "stray marks" on the 2008 birth certificate showed up on the document Obama released in April 2011.

This is a comparison birth certificate.  Notice it has an official seal, unlike Obama's?  It also has Rodney T. West's signature on it. 

It was reported here and on Snopes.com that Obama's birth doctor was Rodney T. West.  You'll notice on the April document that storyline has changed to Dr. David Sinclair.

I left Kisumu City and traveled to Mombosa, Kenya. I interviewed personnel at the hospital in which Senator Obama was born in Kenya. I then had meetings with the Provincial Civil Registrar. I learned there were records of Ann Dunham giving birth to Barack Hussein Obama, III in Mombosa, Kenya on August 4, 1961. I spoke directly with an Official, the Principal Registrar, who openly confirmed the birthing records of Senator Barack H. Obama, Jr. and his mother were present, however, the file on Barack H. Obama, Jr. was classified and profiled. The Official explained Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. birth in Kenya is top secret. I was further instructed to go to the Attorney General’s Office and to the Minister in Charge of Immigration if I wanted further information.

An internal bulletin from the Kenyan National Security Intelligence Service, or NSIS, states that the Kenyan government in 2009 commissioned a cultural museum in the Obama home village of Kogelo to honor the "birthplace of President Barack Obama" and rededicate the tomb of his father, Barack Obama Sr.

According an article in the Kenyan Daily Nation newspaper July 5, 2010, the Kenyan government's plans to build a 112 million Kenyan Schilling ($1.3 million) cultural center at Kogelo was locked in a dispute over who should donate land to the government for the project.
